We offer a 30-day return window starting from the day you receive your order. During this period, you may request a return if your item meets the following criteria:

  • The item is in its original condition (unworn, unused, with tags).
  • It is returned in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is provided.

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@lifegardlighting.com. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note:

  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the item is packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We understand how frustrating it can be to receive an order that’s damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please inspect your items upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

Non-Returnable Items
